In today’s lean manufacturing environment and cost consciences society it is not enough, especially with corrugators performing at 1200 fpm! With SeemiMotion it’s very normal to be able to receive and process each stack(s) from the corrugator at knife speed utilizing Seemi Load Building mechanical /computer technology and achieve the customers finished stack pattern while reporting this production information back to the necessary business and reporting systems within milliseconds of the event.
If you prefer to use an automated sheet counting system vs corrugator knife, no problem. SeemiMotion has interfaced with today’s leading automated sheet counting systems as well as a number of the leading conversion machines on today’s factory floors. Combine that feature with our tool set of interfaces to a majority of the leading business and scheduling systems, and SeemiMotion can quickly report the correct stack/pallet information back to those systems AND/OR dynamically provide load tags as well as other reporting data.
Using SEEMI MOTION, communication with automated transfer cars, strapper lanes, and other processing machines is easy. We have yet to find one manufacturer that we cannot communicate with. And with its simple design, utilizing Microsoft SQL technology or TCP/IP sockets interfaces, SeemiMotion has been able to modernize some of the oldest equipment around and improve its ability to process material.
